Refund Policy

Reservation and Payment Terms

A reservation fee of €10,000 is required to secure participation in the program.

Cancellation and Refund Conditions

1. Cancellations before May:
   If the participant decides not to take part in the program before May, UCAM will refund 100% of the reservation amount.

2. Cancellations after May:
   If cancellation occurs after May, UCAM will refund 50% of the reservation amount.

3. Cancellations with less than one month’s notice:
   If notification of cancellation is received less than one month prior to the start date of the program, no refund of the reservation amount will be made.

4. Additional Payments:
   Any amount paid beyond the initial €10,000 reservation will be fully refunded in the event of cancellation, regardless of the date of notification.

Refund Procedure

Refunds will be processed within a reasonable time frame following receipt and verification of the cancellation request, using the same payment method originally used by the participant unless otherwise agreed in writing.
